The Objectives of this project are:

To gather Cypriot Bold Leaders from many years
To install a beautiful work of permanent public art
To learn more about ourselves in the workshops
To celebrate with art, music, theatre and food
To add to the public awareness of “Bold Leaders” in Cyprus

The first weekend Jan31st –Feb1st would involve workshop activities on both sides of the island. Workshops delivered on Saturday in the South, and workshops delivered on Sunday in the North. Both workshops days would be open to all participants and be located in a “hub” area where transportation issues could reasonably be facilitated. The workshops would include art writing, & theatre) structured around the platform of Inspiration. Bold Leaders may include their friends in these activities.

The second weekend Feb 7th-8th would take place within the buffer zone and nearby locations. The activities would revolve around community service (Saturday the 7th) and the installation of the tile mural. Sunday would be an unveiling of the mural with an afternoon of celebration with great food, music, poetry, film and theatre.

We decided to communicate mostly through phones because it's more direct. For bls who are abroad they will send them emails...

These girls will write the application form and make sure everyone is informed about the project and we set the deadline for the applications to be gathered until 20/12/2008(in approximately a month) so we will have a certain number to book everything else!

I will send a quick e-mail to Anna and Karen describing our dilemma. Have you talked to them about this? In my request to Anna I believe the number was 130 so we are not so far off her expectation.

Plus we need a place for the bands and Ellada's team to perform, somewhere to put the food, the projector screen ... Any ideas about possible places? We need to be quick..
