I didn't ever experience the lake, but I miss Lindsay and my mini bathtub at outward bound!

Akeem, I think that would be really cool, but it would cost a lot to ship and we would have to send them deflated.

Hey everyone!!! So I was thinking as a passage for my school I wanted to help out even more personaly with the people back in Kopciny, so i came up with the idea to collect close to a hundred soccer balls and ship them out to Kopciny (forgot how to spell it lol) and have them handed out to all the kids over there!!! Let me know what you think about it, if you can help, or if you have any other ideas for me that's not to costly let me know please!!!

It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make it today. My mom has my brother and I assisting with fixing the bathroom and kitchen sinks. With that, on top of having to mow, making it today does not look like a very high probability... Have fun regardless if I show up or not! I miss you guys a lot, and I was really looking forward to meeting the Iraqi teens, and seeing all of the fun activities we would have done today.

Heres the info.

On Tuesday, August 4th, from 1:00-4:30 10 Iraq teens, one chaperon and a representative of World Learning School for International Training will be in Denver, (program is supported by Orbis Institute and David French), will be working with myself and Brady and possibly another CMLE facilitator. As a part of the EYL project and the requirement to participate post program it would be a powerful demonstration to have you all there to play and learn and dialogue with these teens. Please remember you get what you give!

Location: 12:30 Orbis House 1818 Gaylord Street Greet and meet the Iraq teens
We will walk to city park to play and work unless weather forces us to the Orbis House.

After 4:30 there will be a BBQ at the Orbis House and you are all invited to that. Also, there will be a parent/student meeting at the Orbis House, 6:00/6:30 - 8:00 for the home stay families for the Romani teens so you can play, eat and get info all in one day!

Please respond to myself as well as Brady and most importantly David French, ASAP if you are coming to the day and/or the BBQ & information night. David will also be sending a formal invite.

There will also be a Host family meeting for the Romani teens on August 13 at the Orbis House. Details on web site www.boldleaders.com

We still need host families for the Romani program so please let us know if you have freinds or family that can support us! Leaders Challenge? Vollyball teams? school groups? PeaceJam?

And I am happy to announce that Jan will be coming with Peter and Aysel when they bring over the teens and escorts.

I also want to give a big shout out to Akeem, Ethan, Alex, Lindsey, Katie and Cody for their work with the Cypriot teens who are here in Colorado and will choose to be Bold leaders on Sunday. You will see most of them joining the web site by then, and to the team members who attended the meeting at DOM.

Hey guys,
just a reminder that tomorrow will the be the day with the kids from Iraq.You all should have recived an email about the time and place but if not let me know and I will sent it to you. Also, Daylen, I heard you dont have a ride down there. I can give you a ride but let me know asap. That goes for anyone who is in question about transportation, if you have a problem let me know and I will work it out.

Boldleaders,
I have been hanging out with some super sweet cypriots and would love for you to meet them(and for us to hang out). Tomorrow(sunday) at the colorado school of mines student center(16th and maple street, Golden colorado) at 6:30pm will be their presentation of learning. The POL will be held in room G of the student center. Hope to see you people there.
