Waterworld and beyond...

Greetings Lovelies!
So, while at Andre's, some of us discussed the possibility of taking a field trip to Waterworld together...(I have a particular affection for water parks...teehee); however, we expressed concern about the ridiculously high prices, so upon doing a little research I found that we'd have to have at least 15 people to get the discounted price of about $22...or we could each bring a can of food or empty Mtn. Dew can, where we would get $6 off the general admission, bringing the total to about $27...or we could even go from 2-6 p.m. where the cost would be $17, though with the frequent afternoon storms that may not work out so well...
So anyway, I said I would try to organize something, but before doing so, I wanted to make sure there is enough interest. If not, we could always do something less costly...whatever we do, I think we should include some circle/checking in time, as I'm sure we're all in need of having our thoughts & feelings absorbed and reflected upon. I miss all of you dearly...and whatever we do, I just hope to connect with everyone again soon:) Send your thoughts and comments about Waterworld and beyond!

And only having a half day at a water park is no fun, cause it gets crowded and you have to forfeit getting on certain slides...so I'm down...we just need to see who all will actually come...THANKS AZAR FOR PLANNING THIS...we could use this as a close too our summer....; ▶ Reply to This

This would be tons of fun, and I am more than certain that we can get at least 15 of us to go to this ha ha. An idea that might add onto this would be for everyone to bring some sort of food? Its about as expensive to eat there as it is to get in... But it would be wonderful to be able to have a circle talk again. They are either Saturday, August 8th or Monday, August 10th (both are sunny days with a predicted zero percent chance of rain). Plan on spending the whole day together:) (approx. 9 am-7pm)

So, I would like all interested parties to please do the following by Wednesday (8/5) night: respond and let me know if a.)one of those days absolutely will not work... b.)you are only interested if we can get the reduced group rate. For instance, let me know if you are down to go, even if it's a little more expensive.

Based on the response, I will let everyone know more details by Thursday. Can't wait to spend more time together!
