Bold Leader Castle
Okay so I was doing some pricing on how much does it costs to build a castle. I came up with this: It would cost $325 per sq. foot to buy the land (I think this is the price to buy land in Europe), this price will vary considering the places we are looking to build the castle. So about 6-7 square block of land would be a very good amount of land to build a castle. This would costs just around $130,000 to buy the land.
ROOMS: Each bedroom a master bedroom, with own bathroom and walk in closet. Ether we could have all the rooms be connected like one HUGE house with one kitchen per three rooms, or like an apartment building with units and about four rooms per unit. There is also the idea to have a mix of both. There would be a ball room, living room, 3 large offices, a planning room (with white and chalk boards covering the walls) to plan community projects, meeting room, 2 very good sized Library's, gaming room to play games, come up with ideas to develop games and develop the games, Theater, and a THORN ROOM (main gathering place, a cool safe space to come together and do some venting).
Alright so this is all I have so far, there's A LOT more work to be done, more logistics and everything... So if you are a true believer and plan to come and stay at the BL Castle let me know what you think, and if you have any ideas or prices for building a castle.
