What do you think about this?
Watch it! It's a different thing not mentioning the truth and another thing saying a lie...So what do you think about both? Do you have examples? Should you forgive someone who lied?
Personally, I find it like the situation in Cyprus...They have concealed the truth from us and that's fine, I believe, because as human kind we must ask the questions ourselves and find the answers ourselves, that's what human kind evolution is based on anyway. When lying starts though, things become more complicated, it means we, as human kind have asked the right questions and are denied knowledge which will help us move on...
So what do you think about these?

Personally I believe that truth has one of the most magic meanings in the world. It is not easy to learn to appreciate the truth, mainly because it suits as to believe in lies... And there are 'perfect' lies, I can assure you! There are 'simple' lies that can make you smile and 'complicated' lies that can give you the (temporary) pleasure... the type of pleasure one can get when in his mind what he believes is the only 'right' view... And yes this has been happening in Cyprus... Many Cypriots have grown up in lies, and we shouldn't blame anyone for being short-sided considering that lying is like a chain... passed from person to person... If you are brought up in lies it is not completely your own fault if you believe in the power of lies...
Linking back to what I said about the truth having a magical meaning... and also a great power if you think about it... Only the truth can give you answers. Lies can make up your day, but they can do nothing to change your life, to bring happiness to you, to those near you, to your country, to your world.... Truth is a powerful weapon, but it is also the best medicine. And it doesn't take too long to realise this... The truth is everywhere; in the beauty of nature, in the beauty of people's heart. It's all a matter pf finding it and appreciating it!!!!

Truth sometimes hurts. But I still believe it is the only way out. But I still believe it is wonderful...

I will agree that truth is rare nowdays.. but very important. It is so much better to live in a wolrd where you know what's going on, than falling apart later when u find out that everything was made from lies.

On the other hand I believe that in the wolrd we live in being able to lie convincingly is a very useful skill and it can make u succesful in everything. Which sucks but it is true!
